10,000 Interns Roundtable .

My involvement in this project was driven by a deep commitment to social change in the arts. I was invited to a roundtable with directors from leading cultural institutions, including the Science Museum, Sadler's Wells, the Royal Opera House, the Royal Academy of Arts, and the Bloomsbury Group, to champion the importance of sustainably including Black and people of colour in their workforces. I helped create a dialogue that led to a powerful outcome: an event, hosted by Christie’s, where directors could connect directly with the interns. This was more than a meeting; it was a hands-on effort to bridge the gap between emerging talent and the institutions that hold the keys to their future.
